(Dictated to Mom) We are in Africa being driven around to see all the animals. It’s called a safari. My favorite aminal (sic) is the warthogs. And what I learned about the warthogs is that they are the best tasting meat so they run away from the cars. Their tail goes straight up! And sometimes when the lion chases them, they run away from them, but then they forget why they were running, and then go back towards the lion.
The babies are really cute when they run and they always follow their mommy.
Warthogs eat grass. How they eat grass is they bend down and bend their arms back flat on the ground and eat. Warthogs don’t look like Pumba.

Vivian — Did you eat warthog? Brady has had it before and seemed to like it. I think he tried it mostly so he could tell his friends that he had eaten it. Have you seen a giraffe drinking water? I love how they have to bend way down — almost have to do the splits. Glad you guys are having a terrific time. Safari’s were our favorite thing when we traveled to Africa.

Awesome pics! I never knew warthog meat was supposed to be tasty. The babies are adorable (wow, never thought I’d say that about a warthog). I think they look a *little* like Pumba.
